28 Media is a web design and development agency based in Richmond, Virginia. Founded in 2005, our mission is straightforward: create clean, functional, standards-compliant websites for clients of all sizes. We’ve worked with professional service firms, small businesses, non-profits, startups, and agencies across the country.

Founder

Sharif Ewees is an experienced web professional with an eye for design and a brain for science and technology. Combined with an M.A. from Clemson University, he has created strategic, beautifully designed websites for nearly two decades for small- and mid-size companies, startups, and nonprofits. He is the founder and former organizer of the developer community Refresh Richmond and a Past President of the Richmond Advertising Club. Sometimes he needs to take a breather, and when he does, you can find him with his wife and kids or supporting civic causes in his hometown of Richmond, VA.
